The conXus services leads have been assembled based on individual achievements, experience and ability to provide support to clients in their respective areas. Still, it is the combined team's ability to complement each other and deliver a coordinated effort across multiple disciplines, that accentuates the professional services we have come to be known by.

MARTIN YDE JENSEN

Martin heads up the Strategic Advisory service area for conXus, supporting clients with long term strategy and presence in the Nordic region. He also serves as the managing director of the company with P&L responsibility. Martin’s professional background includes 20 years of experience almost entirely anchored in the aerospace & defense industry and a degree from Copenhagen Business School. Martin is the founder of conXus and a member of its Board of Directors.

CLIFF PUCKETT

As Director of Government Sales, Cliff supports our clients in their pursuits of winning government business by helping them understand their customers’ needs and the best way to address them.  Cliff has a strong network and a diverse background from 25 years in the US Air Force, including his last posting as Chief, ODC-Denmark. Cliff’s military years are further complemented by his hands-on experience with business development in the aerospace & defense market in Northern Europe.

MICHAEL RASMUSSEN

Michael leads our Industrial Development service area. As a closely integrated partner to our clients, he helps fostering relationships and develop business with local industry. Michael's active role increases our client's value proposition, while mitigating their risk from national requirements for local participation. He does that, relying on his engineering background, decades of experience from international, high-tech companies and his own time in the armed forces.

conXus was founded in 2007 on a strong desire to deliver quality services to International clients in the aerospace and defense industry.
The timing had the company running head-strong into the financial crisis, which made for some interesting first years. In the early 10’s our client portfolio started growing and we became part of successfully securing business pursuits for clients, while supporting value-adding industrial development.
Since then, demand for conXus services has only increased and we have strengthened our ability to service clients in the Nordics, with the addition of great new employees to our team.
In 2017 we celebrated our tenth anniversary with a keen view to our future.

The meaning of our CONXUS Name

THE conXus COMPANY NAME IS A MODERN PLAY ON THE LATIN WORD CONNEXUS. IT TRANSLATES TO
"a connecting structure" WHICH IS A GOOD DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE WE FULFILL FOR OUR CLIENTS IN THE NORDICS.
